Rachel (but you can call her El) is a creative storyteller with a camera in one hand and a cause in the other. Whether she’s behind the lens or behind the scenes of a digital campaign, El is driven by one thing: helping people feel seen, heard, and a little less alone.

Adopted from Cambodia at a very young age, El knows what it’s like to feel different—to grow up searching for belonging and identity without a roadmap or cultural connection. That experience shapes how she tells stories: with intention, care, and a deep respect for nuance and visibility.

With a degree in Film & Media and a background in sociology, El combines creative intuition with strategic thinking to craft short-form videos, social campaigns, and visual content that spark connection and amplify underrepresented voices. From increasing cat adoptions to spotlighting student stories, she uses digital media to support communities, causes, and conversations that matter.
